Return & Refund Policy

1. General provisions

Customer that order products as a consumer, can cancel the order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which receives the products purchased.

Any cancellations, returns and refunds are at Pramac Sp. Z O.O. discretion, without prejudice to the rights of the Customers for the non-conformity of products with the contract on the basis of art. 43 et seq. of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

In order to proceed with the request, Customer can contact Pramac Sp. Z O.O at info.pl@pramac.com, indicating the order number and the request motivation.

2. Terms and conditions of return

With the exception of bespoke products, should Customer order products as a consumer, to cancel the purchase, Customer must notify Pramac Sp. Z O.O before the order is shipped or within 14 days of delivery, beginning on the day after the delivery. Any request beyond this timeframe will not be taken into account.

To return the products Customer shall produce a proof of the purchase.

Should the request be accepted and products already delivered, they must be returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days from the cancellation.

Customer will be accountable for the product returning expenses and a restocking fee might be withheld from the refund amount; Customers are please to contact Pramac Sp. Z O.O to arrange the return.

In case of a refund, Customer will be credited back to the original payment method, within 14 days after receiving the goods back. The refund amount might be reduced, in case the value product have been decreased as a consequence of the way in which the products have been handled.
