TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The use of the website “https://pramac-lifter.pl/” (hereinafter the “Site”) managed by PRAMAC SP. Z O.O, with its registered offices in ul. Krakowska 141-155 budynek F 50-428 Wrocław, Poland, (hereinafter “PRAMAC SP. Z O.O” or the “Company”), a company wholly owned by PR Industrial s.r.l. with headquarters in Italy, Località il Piano, Casole d’Elsa, Siena (hereinafter “PR Industrial”), owner of the Site, is subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”).
By visiting and using the Site the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions and warrants to be at least 18 years old.
In order to make purchases on the Site the User agrees to register, providing PRAMAC SP. Z O.O with personal information. The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of such information. The billing information the User provides, is subject to the same confidentiality and accuracy requirements as the rest of his identifying information.
1. Conduct Restrictions
The User agrees not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this Terms and Conditions. The User agrees not to use the Site in any way that could damage the website, services or general business of the Company.

The information, photographic material, data, software, graphics, videos, images, products and in general all the materials contained in the Site (hereinafter “Materials”) are protected by copyright laws and shall be deemed the sole property of PRAMAC SP. Z O.O, its parent company PR Industrial and/or third Parties.
It is expressly forbidden to reproduce, even partially, multiply copies, download, record, publish or distribution of the Materials in any form or by any means, without previous written permission given by PRAMAC SP. Z O.O or by PR Industrial.
Trademarks “PRAMAC” and “LIFTER” are tradenames and figurative registered trademarks property of PR Industrial, as well as their respective logos. Any other trademarks and logos displayed in the Site, are the property of their respective owners.
Any use or reproduction of those trademarks and logos, for any reason or purpose, are expressly forbidden.
Any communications sent through the Site to PRAMAC SP. Z O.O, excluding personal data as indicated in the Privacy Policy, will be treated as non-confidential and attributed irrevocably and freely, with their submission or mailing, to PRAMAC SP. Z O.O. By making a submission or mailing, User agrees that PRAMAC SP. Z O.O has the right (but not the obligation) to publish or use such submission for any purpose, without compensation to User or to any other person, unless expressly imposed by law.
3. No Warranties
PRAMAC SP. Z O.O, to the maximum extent permitted by law, makes no warranties as to the reliability or accuracy of any information on the Site, does not represent or warrant that the Materials contained in this Site are technically accurate or do not contain typographical errors and provides no warranty or guarantee in connection with this Site, its content or services, including – by the way of example- that it will always be available, without interruption or errors in functioning, or that it will be safe from malicious programs (such as viruses, bugs, malware or similar).
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PRAMAC SP. Z O.O be liable to the User for any losses, costs or damages, direct or indirect of any kind and entities, that may result from the use of the Site.
5. Modification and Variation of terms
Materials may be subject to changes or updates without notice. PRAMAC SP. Z O.O reserves the sole right to make changes and/or improvements to images, products, text, software applications found on the Site, without prior notice at any time.
PRAMAC SP. Z O.O also reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. The Users are invited to consult these Terms and Conditions periodically.
6. Privacy
Through the use of this Site, the User accepts the Privacy Policy, available at the Site itself.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
8. Governing law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with Italian Laws.
Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions and/or use of the Site itself will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Siena.
